put it in a drunk and set it out in the cold without warm clothing and it will freeze and you'll feel horrible about it...shameful and guilty and will need a meeting right away and a face to face with your sponsor and of course the appropriate steps toward making amends. You won't know how to wipe the smile off the face of the drunk, which is just another sign of your powerlessness. ((((hugs))))
God I so didn't want to respond to that question and then this is a disease of compulsion with an allergy. Sorry LOL

I do not believe it will all freeze, but from my chemistry class (erm wine making, great up in Sonoma Valley) - alcohol does not freeze the way other things do. It's a liquid frozen state. But I'm not sure if Vodka has anything in it that can freeze, in other words would it separate and some freeze? I do not know.
Lol Jerry! Ok so this question won't be denied - Why do you want to know???? wanna make some loaded ice cubes?

LOL .. oh my friend if it was only that simple I'd be so very happy.
It was the kids weekend with dad and I think it's easy to deduce what happened. It's so heartbreaking that it's happening so fast. It is what it is .. and I'm only an observer in the madness.
LOL Jerry .. you are really bad!! I needed the laughs today from all of you thanks :)
Hugs P :)

Water freezes at 0°C (32°F) and the freezing point of ethanol alcohol is -114°C (-173.2°F). Alcoholic beverages are a mixture of both alcohol and water (with sugars and other additives in some distilled spirits) so the freezing point of all of you alcoholic beverages is somewhere in between. The exact freezing point of vodka, gin, tequila, rum, whiskey and the myriad of liqueurs is dependent on its proof, or alcohol per volume. The lower the proof, the warmer the freezing point: the higher the proof, the colder the freezing point.
For example:
* 24 proof liquor freezes at -6.7°C (20°F) * 64 proof liquor freezes at -23.33°C (-10°F) * 84 proof liquor freezes at -34.44°C (-30°F)
*This is directly from google search. I am not this smart*
Well, I just looked in my freezer and guess what is in there? My STBXAF has vodka in there. Not sure why he has it in the freezer though. I finally made the change to call him a soon to be ex!

Vodka was about the only thing that never exploded in my freezer. Depending on the container, juices, water, soup, beer, milk and various soda type drinks do freeze and explode when not caught in time. I gather it is sometimes hard to remember which door is which
