Do I need to contact anyone before going to a face to face Al Anon mtg or can I just show up?
And I saw something on this forum about al anon chat sessions. How can I tell when those are held and where do I log on to find them?

Big hugs and welcome, before you head out to an alanon meeting please call the local hotline and the only reason I suggest this is because sometimes what is online is not true and correct. I know our area has had an issue with not having a webmaster for a long time and so many meetings not just in our area however in the larger whole of an area have not been updated correctly.
You are more than welcome to just show up, I just hate seeing someone drive and find out there is no meeting or something along that lines.
