detaching from fear!

hey all,

I just wanted to say how grateful I am for this place. I woke up scared, feeling like i had made some wrong decisions about some travel plans and now everything was ruined, I was going to have a horrible time where I was going, etc. I came here and have been reading peoples posts and have been happy to have my HP guiding me back to a saner way of thinking. I feel there's no right or wrong thing to do, its just how you do it. Now I can see that I've made some choices and am in a new position, with new choices and new opportunities (and restrictions too), and new insight for future situations.

Thanks for being here!

-jordan

Hi Jordan

I agree .  The MIP Family is such a fantastic place to visit and share.  The wisdom that I achieve by reading and sharing does so enrich my life.

Thanks for sharing your insights

I hope you have a wonderful time, wherever you are going. I am gradually learning that it's all about my mindset. If I allow him to ruin things, they will get ruined. If I tell myself I'm going to enjoy something regardless of what he does-well, there's no guarantee on anything, but at least I feel more relaxed and capable.
