I just want to say that I am feeling grateful today. I am so glad that I can feel this way after a couple of hard emotional days. I missed my dad a lot last night. But, I cried & felt & got over it. Lately, I have been having strange dreams. I don't need them analyzed but I just wonder if maybe I am going through this because of the new meds. I have been taking. I just wanted to check in today. I never know when I am going to get on here.
Oh meds do cause strange dreams yes! Not all but that's generally my first guess. Also I had sleep apnea for years and before I got my cpap machine I had these hallucinations where I would open my eyes but be asleep and see things from my dream in my room. SCARY!
I think stress too causes our dreams to change, to try and make sense of things? I think it's great how optimistic you sound, keep it up!
