I have heard so many great things from Al-anoners about doing service work and that it is a gift that gives back. I love to serve and have learned how to fit it in and to only volunteer from my overflow and not my reserve tank, I save that one for me. This program has saved many from not only their A's, but from ourselves. I am so glad to hear you strong and diving in today. Keep up the great work!

What an encouraging share!!! Thank you. You are so right "This too shall pass" is a very powerful truth. Living one day at a time with the focus on ourselves works
