I am going to make this brief. I am so hopeful even w/ pain that things can & will get better. I have been struggling but I don't feel like I need to be harping over & over about the pain. I am so much better off than a lot of people I know that will never get over their pain. I just wanted to mention about that because of all the people I am praying for.
This is such a good & safe place for me to share. I am so grateful that all of you who are out there. Please don't carry a burden w/ you--get w/ someone who can help you carry your load; whether it is another person or a Higher Power. We are never alone. I heard a song about that. It is by Lady Antabellum on one of Jim Brinkman's CDs. Most people have probably never heard it because it came out before they reached such success. Anyhow, I just wanted to share that w/ you. I felt absolutely abandoned till i got to al anon. I know that problem solving is possible in al anon.
I also know that there will always be something for me to deal with. Right now I have a plate full but it isn't a plate I am having filled up all the time from another person.
All the issues on the plate are mine and don't belong to someone else. I spent my whole life taking care of others.
