OK here comes the brain!

I am trying very hard to use humor in my life! Thusly, I am trying to catch some of you who are having a bad day. My brain is definitely on overload these days. I just started a group for my MH yesterday--another confidential group--how is my brain going to hold all this info in for weeks upon weeks! Between al-anon, Bible study & this new group I might just explode. I don't want to tell anyone anyone's secrets or not be trustworthy but I am human!

I hope I can do all these things in the future. The mental health group is on depression mostly. And, my al-anon meeting is an hour later too. Yesterday was a bit rough but I can manage my time. I hope I don't carry my earlier moods into the al-anon meeting but then, what is al-anon for?

In closing, I would like to say that everyone should give someone a hug today or at least a smile. A friend of mine posted: A bad attitude is like a flat tire, you can't go anywhere until you fix it!
