My A has recently been on a non stop binge. Even with all of my alanon superpowers I admit that it was starting to get to me. The good news - a friend of ours is out of the country for a few months. I asked him if I could use his house while he is gone. He gave me the keys before he left. So I am currently enjoying having a house all to myself away from A. (me and the dogs that is).  I may not want to go home when our friend gets back. On the other hand, I may look forward to it when the time comes. But that time is in the future so I'm just going to enjoy it day by day for now and deal with the future when it gets here.
