My last post told you about my action with my problem son. Unfortunately the situation deteriorated further. That night in question, he and others tried to rob a store for drink and the owner of the store got badly injured. Son was high on drugs and drink. His actions have immense consequences and I am struggling hard at the moment.
I am very sorry for your struggle with your son. Have faith that life is unfolding as it should. Your HP is in charge. Your son's HP is watching over him too and loves him as much as you do. Please know that you are not alone.

I am terribly sorry to hear this. I can definitely relate to the immense consequences. The ex A who I was with for 7 years took actions that were incredibly destructive, destroying vehicles, crashing into others (leaving the scene of an accident). His health was not only destroyed by drugs but he then acquired another life threatening disease.
Being around that kind of absolute destruction is really heart breaking.
I am so glad for you that you have done so much work on yourself to learn al anon tools and practice so many of the tools and techniques. I can't imagine this time for you without that resource. Know we are there for you and please post often.
