information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal

I find these excellent phrases to put in your "tool kit". I laughed out loud when I heard the "Oh, So, and Go", because that is so to the point, straightforward and easy to remember, and I must say a little sassy when you are interacting with your, A-Wife, A-Husband, or ASon or A-Daughter or A-Friend, or anyone else. This is wisdom in simple words.
"Blah, Blah, Blah", I love this. There is a lot packed in these words too. To me it means "yeah, yeah, yeah, I heard this before", sure you're going to change this time" It also means "Boring" your feeding me a pack of lies again. And last but not least it also means I am outside of this conversation/interaction, "detached" and I know now not to believe this anymore. This is definitely a step in the right direction.

Don't Worry About Growing Old, It Is A Privilege For Some Of Us.....
I had to use it tonight to keep myself from responding and starting something stupid to argue about. Oh yes, I wanted to argue, but I just wanted to say my piece and not listen to his.... so I didn't say mine so I didn't have to listen to his. This keeps me from starting an argument.
