After all the stuff going on yesterday I today realize my little back track the past couple days was ME... I had fell back to trying to control, worrying, blaming, ect, ect.... So, I guess (as I've read in other posts lately) that here is where I take it one day at a time... If there are such a thing as stages of recovery, I believe that is where I'm at.. I have to wake up and remind myself the 3 Cs.... And check my additute at the door. Or in my case would be the bathroom because that's the first place I go when I wake up..lol Today is a new day and even lastnight was a new night!!!
Had normal silly conversations with the A last night after ME MYSELF AND I let everything go.... Remembering my first 3 steps...
