Aloha Family and I'm just delighted!!  We had 4 newcomers at this mornings meeting and listening to their shares I became grateful for the time and the lessons and the practices and meetings and literature and the membership and of course my HP all of who have showed up in my life since I first got into Al-Anon.

I also just heard from a member who includes MIP time in their recovery and WOW!! I am soooo impressed with "it works when you work it" ...Just WOW!!.  What the heck else would I consider doing other than just keep coming back??  I'm not considering going anywhere else at all because there is no place else and no other family for me who has soooo many miracles happen in their lives and who are willing to share with me how it comes about.  I just gotta stick around and watch this recovery show happen and then as a result just laugh, dance and sing.

Keep coming back cause this _____s when you _____ it.  Fill in the blanks with _____.

Hugs Jerry,

It's amazing when we put the effort in to ourselves that we once put into our A's what happens. That statement used to make me so uncomfortable when I first started back to alanon. Now I laugh when I say it because it's so corny it's just oh so true!!

That is so wonderful! We actually get back what we put in. This program works because we work it. Thank God for an awesome program. Life would not be the same without Alanon. It has saved my life. I am a better person today because of this program. I would not have it any other way.
