I am not sure I shared this. This is my son. He learned this from a Native American. A person has to have total concentration to do this.
He finds a sharp big rock and balances it on stable rocks. This is by what I meant I had to let go and allow him to find his own power.
I mean in everything. His father is the monster I had to divorce from cheating. My son has genes that could predispose him to being an A. But he has worked hard to find his place in the world, and continues to amaze me.
Hey he has been a jerk, a turky, foul mouthed, you know the drill. But thank you HP and you guys for helping me to raise him and my daughter into people I so admire.
The girl practicing is his new, wonderful woman friend he has been blessed with. He finally got the courage to divorce and stay away from his ex AH.
Daughter with a child she helps raise. She is an organic nanny child care giver to doctors of OHSU's children and babies. Not just sit home and watch them. She teaches and loves them!
I wanted to add it is becuz of MIP that my children are much healthier people. Not only has it changed my life, it changed all our lives for the better. HP is of course the number one reason!

Thanks Deb! This meditation method is new to me. I agree with you in that MIP improves our lives. Sharing our experiences, strenghts, and hopes does amazing things. It empowers us to strive for better and bigger things. It gives us tools to use in our daily walk with alcoholics friends and families. Thank God for Alanon! Thanks for sharing, Deb.
I loved this idea of meditation. Thank you always for sharing the pictures and the ideas. I really appreciate your perspective and the opportunity to get to know you just a little bit more.
