Checking in...

Hi all.   Just a quick note to say I'm still alive, and as far as I know ABF is still sober (almost 90 days now). biggrin YAY.

We're trying to get out and do more things as a family, although he's still not working.  Really hard to find a job in our area with no license.   Still having a few episodes of dry drunk behavior (I think that's what it's called). hmm  Picking fights with me just to see how far it will go, etc.   But I'm handling it okay.  Emotionally spent sometimes but overall really doing well.    Also realizing that I am still getting to know him sober and he's still getting to know my while he's sober as well.

But hey, progress is progress... and our situtation at home is 100 times better than it was 3 months ago.

Thanks to you ALL for your continued love, support and messages to check on me.

Peace & Love.
