Ok, so I got this contraption.

It's really a spiffy, high-tech, thinga-ma-jobber.  It's got whiz-bangits, and whamdoozles. So many whooza-whatsits, it's hard to know which doo-hickey activates all of its whatcha-jiggies.

Alright, enough technical jargon.  The really cool thing is what is DOES . . . IT FIXES THINGS!

The problem is, it's broke.  Hasn't worked in how long.  I've been trying get it to fix itself.  If only it was working, it could!

Anyway, I didn't build the dang thing, so I've got no idea how it REALLY works.  I just know what it does, and what it's doing ain't what it should be doing.

It says on the back, "Made by your Higher Power".  So, I'm contacting the manufacturer for warranty repair; AKA, prepping myself for step two, even though I'm not offa step one yet. (It's Ok, really.  I'm just peaking up the steps a bit.  Reconnaissance, if you will.)

Aloha Brian...talk to a sponsor who has already had one of those Blizzzzits!  Sponsors are the techies and know what the schematics say.   (((hugs))) smile

Brian,

I loved your analogy, 'twas a reflection of my broken brain.  Only my HP can get it fixed. 

My loving sponsor is like my God with skin on.  I run my brokeness by her and she gives me the Good Orderly Directions...G.O.D......to find the humility and willingness to be fixed.

Laughing all the while reading. Yes mine was broken too and meetings and my sponsor have me working the steps and a great program and it is starting to work again. Thanks for the reminder and I am glad to hear your awareness! Keep up the good work!
