My friend attempted suicide tonight

disbelief I would have never guessed this would ever happen. I have been trying to get her to come with me to Al-anon and we already go to the same bible study group. Her AH has cheated recently and I knew she was having a hard time, but to get this call tonight makes me so furious with this disease!!!! Such a beautiful woman with a great little boy. I pray she makes it through tonight in the hospital and ask for thoughts and prayers sent out to this special lady please.

Gosh the permanent solution to a temporary problem decision.  I pray she makes it and then makes it into Al-Anon like you  suggested.   Hmmmm sad.   (((hugs))) smile

So very sorry to hear this.    Alcoholism is definitely a dreadful family disease that can be  deadly to anyone it touches.

I too am so sorry for your friend. The family and friends need the love
