I am feeling like after I hit my bottom and felt so lost a couple months ago, out of my brokeness is such a rightness. I am finally feeling not only like I will survive being alone, but I will get healthier and comfortable in my own skin for once. I have been working my program and on myself and all of a sudden it has hit me. I am okay without being with a man and am blooming besides. I am feeling more relaxed and am starting to feel better about myself. I am turning to my HP lots more instead of trying to control most things. I am really focusing on myself and my kids. I have red flags popping up whenever I talk to my ex AH and am not getting involved. I have dettached with love instead of hostility like I used before and I see and hear the sickness when I am around him. My awareness is steering me toward the right decision and I am not acting as impulsively. I know I have a long way to go, but from how codependent I was with my A, I am amazed at the progress I can already see in action. I know it has been 3 steps forward and 1 or 2 back for me so far, but I am choosing to celebrate progress whenever it appears to me. So YEAH ME!

You say you have a long way to go. But by gosh you have come a long way since March 6th when you found MIP. Your awareness speaks volumes. You have accepted the program, trusted the program, and are working the program. You have learned from others ES&H and shared your ES&H with others. Your post was uplifting. To use your words.....YEAH TO YOU !!
Thanks for the share. I had a really bad night and came on here for some words of wisdom and this helped a lot. Glad to hear that you're doing well and it inspires me to do the same for myself.
