Sorry I was not able to come back on and let you know (whoever was interested) that Dr. Phil (appeared with my daughter to tell our story of abduction) was postponed and may not air until Jan.

I will keep you posted.

Thanks, Bettina

Mjhyankees,

Thank you for your understanding , this happened many years ago in the 70's. My daughter and I have been reunited now for almost 20 years, yes it was a rough road , but we both overcame it because we were committed to having a relationship. I also lost another child when he was 2 years old from a congenital heart condition, he would be 34 if he lived.

Life brings us many obstacles, we are not promised a rose garden. Imagine if we did not have such things occur, what kind of people would we be? Such is the drama of living. Even living with the alcoholic for 26 years, I can honestly say , they too were learning steps. That have made me what I am today. Live life with no regrets and if you get regretful or develop grudges, get rid of them, for they will fester and destroy our cheerfullness and our helpfulness towards others.

Have a great day mj, when we open our lives and hearts to other people who are suffering, our sufferings become less.

Live strong, Luv, Betina
