Has anybody heard of this?  My exABF had a rash on his stomach that wouldnt go away..I think it may be Psuedo Cushing Disease which can be caused by alcoholism.

No its not contagious...its a skin conidition caused by problems with the liver I think?

I know what you're talking about, Lizz. My exHA had symptoms of Pseudo-Cushing's disease when he was withdrawing. He didn't have skin marks, but developed a 'moon face'. From what I understand, it has more to do with how alcohol can play havoc with blood sugars and cause a release of cortisol. His symptoms have reversed as he is abstaining from being active.
