Chair opened the meeting with the Serenity Prayer.

Chair brought up the lack of ops that are chairing meetings.  A member suggested we make a plan on how to have a meeting if there is no chair (ex. make a graditude list or discuss slogans) instead of just skipping it when there are three or more people in the room.

It was also suggested that a paragraph be added to the announcements stating that chairs are needed and give contact information for those who would be interested.
Chair asked the member to create the paragraph she suggested above, and the member agreed.
It was put to a vote as to whether or not the paragraph be added to the opening announcements and the motion passed.

New business:

A member asked about guidelines for meeting topics.  The Chair explained that topics must be alanon related, and there was no further discussion.

Chair closed the meeting with the Serenity Prayer.
