A year and half since I filed for child support/custody and many reschedules (court rescheduled) court is finally tomorrow afternoon. :) I don't really know what to expect. The past dates said child support and visitation this one just says child support. I called my lawyer she said she wasn't sure and informed me that she wouldn't even be attending she has a trial and they would be sending someone else... guess I can't complain too much it's a free lawyer and as far as I know A doesn't have a lawyer at all. Asked what I needed to bring as far as emails and such. She said whatever I thought was necessary. The lawyer would look it over when I arrived and decide whether to use it or not. She said likely if A doesn't agree with what I want for visitation it would likely go on for quite some time in and out of  court.

Seems like a huge mess to me. But I'm doing what I can do. Thats all i can do right.. Getting all my paperwork together and things I feel may help my case to get supervised visits.

My last post I think was in February! And everyone kept saying One day at a time and that's what i have been doing. Enjoying summer with the kids! Back to school very soon here as well. Life is so much better with Alanon and all of you :)

So for now I am just asking for prayer while in court tomorrow!
