A week ago, I think I told you the XAH almost bled to death he had a bleeding ulcer and he ruptured his esophagus . He had 7 blood transfusions. Took two days to get him stable where he wasnt loosing blood.
Well, he is being released tomorrow as good as new. Dr. told him he cannot have one more drink or he is done.
Isnt the Universe amazing , for its not done with this A, he has to keep learning the lesson until he starts to discover his mission. The A has never been a compassionate person, or a giving person, all his life its been about him. He has been at deaths door many times.
It will be interesting to see what he does. Im praying this time he sees it, that in order for his life to change a change has to come. I wish him well. I want to see a miracle for him.
I wish your husband only the best. I pray he has the strength and courage to choose life, a choice only he can make. May HP protect him from this terrible disease while holding him in His hands.
Betty, you are a strong lady and I admire you. You are a "Miracle In Progress".
We can only hope and pray that this will be the wake up call he needs. All you can do is turn him over to his HP and concentrate on your life and recovery. Love and blessings to you and your family.
Live strong, Karilynn & Pipers Kitty

I already have mine... Luv, Bettina
These are my sentiments today as my son prepares for his 3rd detox. Thanks for being here, wishing you both continued recovery and that the miracles keep unfolding!
Hi my name is Jennifer (PunkyJen). Is it possible I could join your group?
My husband is an AH and my brother died last December in a car crash (alcoholic seizure). I believe I am going through a terrible time, but am so numb I'm not certain. I need to have a place where I'm not "sunny" and "dealing with it SO well" and "perky". My family and friends and coworkers think I'm "getting past it", but inside I'm dying.
Please. You are more experienced than I am. I have been to about 5 meetings in my area over the span of 5 years or so. Would welcome your wisdom.
