This is how I feel about AlAnon and everyone's HP, I don't have to believe I know because I see it every day. In people I see hope and strength and love for others who need help. I see people applying the slogans to thier lives to create good habits on how to treat themselves and others. I know because today I can have the energy to adopt three stray cats who need help without feeling overwhelmed or that it will be a burden, I know because today I can wake up excited about cleaning my house and putting my energy into taking care of me and the furry beings who bring me joy. I know because using my tools, talking to my HP, and taking the next best step for myself I have been given the life I always wanted. I'm grateful
