I am doing better! I did Ok on Sat. not so good on Sunday. Oh well...I will survive & yes, I am reaching out to others & still giving it away even though it sounds like it's "all about me" these days!
sleep will always been an issue for me I have grown to accept. I really can't blame my husband or anyone else. If I could I would probably blame everyone! Ha! Ha!
I will hang in there & focus on someone besides me today! I have a huge phone list & lots of perspective friends in alanon who will be there to help & just like to hear from someone in the program.
I will always keep the lines of communication open here & in every area of my life--all of you included!
You are such a foundation stone in recovery Hoot. I am grateful for your participation in my own. Someone told me that eating a bag of popcorn (popped of course) before going to bed would lessen my insomnia. Yeah right!! What kinda dummy do you think you're talking too...Geeeeez. So being a risk taker anyway I tried it and then zzzzzzz. What the !! I tried it again zzzzzzz. I use the smaller microwave bags and they have worked just fine. Prescripts are aging in the cupboard. Rocket Science... ((((hugs))))
