Sometimes the consequences of powerlessness...

is relief and relaxation, sometimes its relief and happiness and sometimes it
is sadness and grief.  Got some extra undirected prayers?  Got some whispers
to your Higher Power ready to go.  I'd like to use a couple of them if I may
along with my own...Our family just lost a young 29 year old female cousin
along with her beau in an accident in Boulder Colorado unsuspectingly killed
when a bus ran a red light.  The newspaper posted her picture along with her
beau and the last time I remember her she was a child.  To some of us 29
is still a child huh?   After they are gone they always reveal themselves in
the form of birds when they come to say carry on.  Last time it was a Cardinal
when my mother-in-law passed on...a type of Cardinal not common to the
wet side of the island.  Landed at the table I was sitting before a meeting
nodded and then flew off.  I'll be keeping an open mind again.  "God grant
me the serenity to accept..."  Gotta tell her family they are not alone in this.
Thanks (((((MIP))))) cry

Jerry, so sorry to hear about the loss of your young cousin and her boyfriend.  So significant that they were together. I do believe in karma and that they will be connected to eachother eternally.

I too look for omens, they are everywhere, I believe that I have been visited by my favorite, birds, that our loved ones that have passed ,chose to speak thru other beings. That they are never really gone.!! That their spirit continues.

Your cousin will forever remain young in your heart and mind. Hugs,  Bettina

I share your grief with you, brother.  Someone at my meeting last night said something I really saw the wisdom in.  They said when we share our happiness with someone else it is multiplied times two.  When we share our sadness or grief with someone else it is divided in two.

Your divisor is growing.

Feel your feelings.  I am listening to the cooing of the morning doves as I write this.  It is such a peaceful, healing sound.

I am sorry for your loss.

David

(((Jerry)))

My condolences and prayers. May HP be with you and your family now and always.

I can also relate remembering my Mothers love for hummingbirds, and three days after her passing looking out and seeing a hummingbird hovering near the door leading out to my deck. It was the first time I had seen a hummingbird all spring---but I just knew.

So sorry for you and your family Jerry. I pray that their memories live on in all of you and that you can draw strength from those memories.

Jerry, it's interesting about the red cardinal. I have a new family of them that have built a nest above my bedroom window. One of them flies to the top of my garage in the morning, looks straight into my bedroom and sings brilliantly for at least 10 minutes or more. This has happened several mornings this week. The last photo I have of my hubby is one of him wearing his favorite red t-shirt on the last day I saw him before he died. I feel calmer when I hear that bird singing.

Hugs Rocky

Jerry

So sorry for your loss. So tragic when someone so young is taken from us. I have always believed that we have all been sent here on a mission and when that mission is complete we are called home. Your cousin likely touched many lives and she will live through whatever gifts she gave to others, the gift of kindness, of friendship, of humor and of love.
Prayers for you and family during your time of grief.

Jerry, I'm adding my deepest sympathy to you and yours for the loss of the two young people. It's truly tragic and senseless and hard to comprehend I know for I have been there.

I found it comforting that birds appeared as signs to you. The very same thing happened to me more than once. After the tragic death of my brother, immediately after...a deer, a fawn , and a hawk passed before me on my brother's driveway. The two deer stopped, looked up at me, and went on across into the woods in a stately manner. Right away a hawk flew over and threw me a mighty squawwk. It was almost unbelievable except that my nephew witnessed it with me and can verify.

Again, I'm very sorry.

Love and peace be with you, dear friend...

Your family member did not die in my belief, she simply changed form.  Her energy is still walking amongst her loved ones.
Just after my beloved Uncle T passed last summer,  I met a lady (in Alaska) that is a phsychic/ medium.  Although a bit skeptical, I listened to her.  One of the many things she told me was that I had a newly passed energy with me and helping to protect me.  She smiled a bit and said "this is odd, but he keeps showing me Krispy Creme, Rice Krispy?..does this mean something to you?"  My Uncle always called me "Krispy" instead of Christy.  I was in awe, to say the least.  That's not something anyone would ever guess, she was the real deal.
She explained the deceased are among us, just on a different plane. They are of a higher energy and a higher state of spiritual awareness.
The life cycle never ends..there is no death.  Just a change of form, like walking through a mirror and living on the other side.

I say, that, when I see nothing annihilated, and not even a Drop of Water wasted, I cannot suspect the Annihilation of Souls, or believe, that [God] will suffer the daily Waste of Millions of Minds ready made that now exist, and put himself to the continual Trouble of making new ones. Thus finding myself to exist in the World, I believe I shall, in some Shape or other, always exist.  ~Benjamin Franklin~

Much love,
Christy
