Thanks for the link. I go to The Lights Are On for AA/Alanon speakers (also, NA and others). I download them to my Ipod. I listen to them when I drive or run or can't sleep. I call them my friends. The speakers have been a lifesaver for me.
thanks this is a new link for me , speaker tapes were an important part of my early recovery , put them in the car and everytime I drove any where I was in a meeting , I went for the humor ones as I had forgotten how to laugh , try Mary Pearl early tapes 20 yr old ones they are hilarious , she gets u laughing and then socks it to you .
