I have gone to the e-mail address that was given to me, I've have downloaded mIRC to try to get to it and still can't get through


I need help PLEASE, really need a meeting I will do anything which I am right now reaching out for help.

yes I tried the chat line conection.....aaaaahhh, I've been trying to get in for the last hour and now I'm going to have a coffee break

are you on a computer at work?
I cannot chat at work due to our firewall.

When you downloaded mirc, did you put Webnet in for the IRC server in the options folder?  And did you add #alanonchat to the channel folders?
