Yes, it sure does!  WE say love others, as u love yourself -- but I never loved myself at all and I didnt even realize it!  It was the hardest thing to do - to put me first and love me first but I am forever grateful that I did - that alone has changed my life more than any one other thing Ive done in program.  Without putting me first - I'd have never set & followed though on boudnaries.

Mahalo Karilynn...That is more proof for me that our program has a universal
thought, believe and behavior...and it works when we work it.  I work up to
