i have had just the greatest day!!! i just want to shout from the roof tops but i live in a mobile home so i will shout here instead.....
the car passed its MOT without needing any work doing on it - 12 months hassle free motoring!!!!!!
my dog lucy learnt to Sit and Wait at a gate today and i performed a two dog Sit!!!! (pics attached)
i know i shouldn't but..... i went out with some friends, put my last £2 in the slot machine just before we left....... and won £100!! am off to spoil myself with some new clothes tomorrow!!!
i have been offered a grant to take the Diploma course i need to pass to be able to set up my dog training business!!!!
i have been invited to join and authors group , the first meeting is in February. they are going to help me edit my poems etc and get them ready to go off to a publisher for approval!!!!
and the best, best news of all....... AH visited earlier unannounced and unplanned. i was printing and compiling my poems and stories into a folder. he picked up the one AH and ME. he read it. he fell about laughing. "is that how you see me?" he asked. "pretty much" said I. without another word he picked up his mobile phone, dialled the doctors number, and made an emergency appointment to go and see the practise councellor!!!!!!
maybe i am getting through....maybe not....maybe its all just part of his game.... who knows? one thing i do know.....
Lucy, Wow, it really was a great day for you. Just one positive thing after another! So glad to hear it. You give me hope that my life can get better too. Actually it has improved over the last month but I guess I'm greedy or impatient. I want it to be MORE better NOW! But good things come to those who wait, or something like that. I'm going to continue to focus on me, and learn to be patient. Congratulations on your accomplishments and have fun shopping!
