Isn't that a gem WP? Takes lots of practice on humility, empathy, unconditional love and understanding, HP relationship and more. Loved the post and of course it's a gem.
The best form of revenge is to get well , do the opposite to what u usually do- it will blow both of you away . and you get to walk away with dignity and grace what a gift to give yourself . Louise Oh yeah and it confuses the hell out of the other guy , I am not that well I still need to keep commin back hehe. I shouldnt enjoy that so much .

Page 267 (for me) says to focus on the prize, the serenity that is available within the program and detaching from the noise - that no one has the ability affect me, to make me feel in any certain way unless I allow it by giving them permission to do so. Choices
