information, ideas, feelings, problems and solutions on a personal
level.
2010 is upon us. With each new year it gives us a chance to start over. But, it only comes once a year. I make and break a lot of New Year's resolutions each year as I am sure some of you do also. With that in mind, I was thinking what a great program Al-Anon really is because the program allows us to start over everyday.
I'll start a new year tomorrow, and I'm sure I will make and break some of my New Year's resolutions, but during 2010 I know my Al-Anon program will allow me to start over everyday "One Day At a Time".

(((RLC))), Just remember to take this one day at a time....I am not doing resolutions for myself this year...I am doing promises. For me the word change makes a huge difference.
