My Christmas gift has been finding this forum yesterday. I am sure I'll be here often reading the posts and expressing my own questions and doubts (and maybe some triumphs). But for the first time in many months I feel hopeful and that indeed is a gift. Thank you so much.
You are sooo welcome Pineapple (that's another nick for a Hawaiian local). I am glad you found MIP also. I know what kind of hell it was for me without help before finding the program. Today I am "free at last, free at last...thank God I'm free at last." MLK knew the feeling. (((((hugs))))) and Merry Christmas and Happy New Year.
Welcome to the Family, Pineapple. I am so glad you found us. It is indeed a gift to find out that you are not alone and at the mercy of this horrible disease. I have been so blessed by the support I have found here and in the face2face rooms of Al-Anon.
