Hi.  I'm Carol and my husband and I live with an a friend.

He is sober now, but we are still dealing with issues.

the good news is I have learned to be on my own and do things/take care of myself without his help anymore.

This way, he is more likely to be able to help me.

And I can help him when I am taken care of myself.

My husband now gives me the emotional support that my a doesn't give me.  And it's because he is healthier and so am I.

Good to be here.
