I am finally slowing down sometimes without any choice. Lately my life has been pretty fast-paced but the last couple of days I have been slowing down a lot. With less sleep, I guess I don't have a lot of choice but to slow down. I am definitely in a growth period. Life is sometimes kicking my butt so I will take notice. I didn't make my last Alanon meeting. I was so bushed after voting & therapy & everything that my mind couldn't handle any more! TMI! It was understood by my loyal members that I needed to take the day off! I hope to attend an out of town meeting soon. Maybe going out of town will give me a better outlook on life! So..today I sit here & realize that I don't have too much to say. You will all probably hear from me soon when I am able to get on the computer. LOVE YOU ALL!
