I believe in the power of prayer and raising vibes for others. So if you would please, include my Mom in your thoughts and prayers. She is having a medical procedure on Monday and will have to be put under. Supposedly, a safe procedure and I'm doing my best not to project, but.....When we were saying goodbye on the phone she said "If I don't wake up, I love you" and that freaked me out a bit and gave me this forboading feeling.
My Dad told me to stay home (it's a 7 hr. drive) because it will be fine. I'm wholeheartedly counting on that to be the case but would truly appreciate your prayers for her to safely come through it.
I wouldn't be so concerned but she has already had one stroke and currently has a lemon sized cyst on her brain. This procedure is not to remove the cyst, that is yet to come.

am sorry Christy I certainly understand worrying about elderly parents . Some one told me when my mom had a sever heart attack a few yrs back , to remember that regardless of what the outcome She would be alright . Will add u to my prayers Louise

Not hard to say an extra prayer or two for your Mom as your family is already part of my nightly prayers. Nothing but positive thoughts and love coming your way. Pipers Kitty and I have our fingers, toes, legs, arms, paws and tail (hers not mine) crossed for all the luck in the world. We love you. Much love and blessings to you and your family. I come to you this morning and ask that you bring Christy comfort during this hard time for her. I ask that you bring health and recovery to her Mother. Please bless then hands of all the doctors who's care she will be in and give them the knowledge of medicine to make her well. Please give her Dad strength to be strong for his wife while he is seperated by the miles. Please remove all her mothers fears of not waking up, let her have faith in you and bring her back to health.
We know Dear Lord that because of you all things are possible.
Was about to post that my prayers were winging there way across,then read your post that Mum is ok. Well,that's just brilliant news.
My own Mum was admitted last week for a hysterectomy( she's 77) so I was also on tenterhooks worrying about her. She hasn't been well for some time now and has heart issues and a very weak chest. Thankfully,she is fine and is now home and recovering slowly. Wish I could be around to help out,but Dad is coping well and even learned some new tricks in the kitchen.
I will continue to hold you and your family in my prayers ((((sister))))
