Day One of 90..Heading in strong

Woke up this am DETERMINED to put my focus back on me and get out of the rut I have been in.
Hit my dailys hard, always grateful that I had the extra money to buy them as they are a gift in each and every way, everyday.
Came into the office and the first thing I did was come here and read.....always the best way to start a day, listening to others.
I have no doubts or illusions that this will be hard, and a challenge as I can barely keep my eyes open anymore past 8-lol, but whatever it takes I am going to give it all I can, each day.
I plan to use the next 90 days to refocus and rebuild and find my way back to Serenity Park........Anyone looking for something to do can light the way:)

love and peace
shelly

Good Morning Shelly,

Sounds like a great plan.  I have a sponsee who is doing the same at the moment.

Daily reading of the literature, gratitude lists, telephone calls and meetings do help me to stay on track.

Good Luck

LOL this sounds familiar... hmmmm
I have been on the 90 day thing for about 25 days and have had some back slides and I think the most important thing I have learned is....

Stay focused on the goals (make sure you have definite goals to reach in the 90 days)
Everything in moderation - don't beat yourself up if you don't always live up to your own expectations of yourself in the 90 days.
Try to be in the moment all the time - this is VERY hard for me!!! The past and the future are always issues for me... The only time I want to be in the future is when I'm visualizing reaching my goal that I set out 90 days.
Read self improvement materials every day.

Conclusion thus far. I don't think I'm going to stop this in 90 days I think it will be ongoing. Also, turning up the music really loud, going to the exercise room or on walks is VERY refreshing and keeps me sane - may work for you too...

(o:  You can do this!  Maybe think of it as a time to just sit back, relax and feel at home, safe and you only have to be there.

Myself I have never been embarrased if I had to bring a  pillow or my own chair, whatever to be comfortable where ever I went. My matra was always, just get yourself through the door.

You are not alone, my spirit will be with ya! If you feel someone kicking your chair it is me!

love,debilyn
