Woke up this am DETERMINED to put my focus back on me and get out of the rut I have been in. Hit my dailys hard, always grateful that I had the extra money to buy them as they are a gift in each and every way, everyday. Came into the office and the first thing I did was come here and read.....always the best way to start a day, listening to others. I have no doubts or illusions that this will be hard, and a challenge as I can barely keep my eyes open anymore past 8-lol, but whatever it takes I am going to give it all I can, each day. I plan to use the next 90 days to refocus and rebuild and find my way back to Serenity Park........Anyone looking for something to do can light the way:)
love and peace shelly

LOL this sounds familiar... hmmmm I have been on the 90 day thing for about 25 days and have had some back slides and I think the most important thing I have learned is....
Stay focused on the goals (make sure you have definite goals to reach in the 90 days) Everything in moderation - don't beat yourself up if you don't always live up to your own expectations of yourself in the 90 days. Try to be in the moment all the time - this is VERY hard for me!!! The past and the future are always issues for me... The only time I want to be in the future is when I'm visualizing reaching my goal that I set out 90 days. Read self improvement materials every day.
Conclusion thus far. I don't think I'm going to stop this in 90 days I think it will be ongoing. Also, turning up the music really loud, going to the exercise room or on walks is VERY refreshing and keeps me sane - may work for you too...
(o: You can do this! Maybe think of it as a time to just sit back, relax and feel at home, safe and you only have to be there.
Myself I have never been embarrased if I had to bring a pillow or my own chair, whatever to be comfortable where ever I went. My matra was always, just get yourself through the door.
You are not alone, my spirit will be with ya! If you feel someone kicking your chair it is me!
