Dear all, am going through a particularly difficult time right now, ex- a let me down today at a school meeting in relation to our son, he did not turn up though he had assured me he would be there, my job contract has be terminated without cause because apparently I have too many rights if allowed to teach this term, I have taught there for 7 years so have rights already, am seeing the union lady tomorrow and got an appointment almost immediately so am really grateful for same, guys I have two job applications in so please say a prayer that one of them turns up, my anxiety levels are at an all time high. On a positive note, fought well for my son and if some one drops out he's got a place and if they dont we are in a good place right now, we have had a wonderful summer together and he has given up the cigarettes not without some difficulty I might add.
Thanks all, the pain in the butt who gave me the bad news yesterday though it was not his business, has sent me an email to go to coffee of thursday, I have graciously accepted. However I will be minding my own business and reiterating my boundaries on this matter. Feels good to have a programme and to have turned it over.
