WOW what a fantastic Summer Hummer. All of the speakers were awesome, we are all tired to the bone but at the same time rejuvenated in our programs.
I did take a really nice candle to the speakers room for when she arrived and she loved it (or said she did) I found one that came in it's own decorated box for easy transportation home. HP was working this weekend big time.
I couldn't tell you what all I said from the podium because I was petrified but everyone said I did an awesome job so that is good enough for me. Yes, I did remember to take my HP with me to the podium.
I was told after the Al-Anon meeting that they felt the lady I hosted was the best Al-Anon speaker they had ever heard. Can't get much better than that.
The speaker is also going to send me information about an Al-Anon Conference that is being held in Oklahoma on Halloween weekend. I really hope we can go to that one. I've been to a lot of AA Conferences but never an Al-Anon conference. Hopefully I can get a carpool of Al-Anons to attend.

Hi, I have only been to a couple of conferences but wow have they enhanced my recovery. I am so glad it went well for you over the weekend. I too have only been to AA conferences but hopefully will be anttending an Al anon one this year.
