A's everywhere

I was thinking about something yesterday. My abf drank for years, his dad drank for years, one of his sisters ex is addicted to A and drugs and is abusive, his other sister is with an A, his niece is dating a boy who's stepdad is an A who is abusive. Another friends of mine's bf was addicted to pills, my uncle drinks a lot and even drinks and drives, my cousins bf drinks alot and they r having problems because of it.

Can one get away from this? Is it everywhere?

Buick 23,

The best place I have found is in the rooms of Al-Anon.

HUGS,

Whatever I seek, I shall find.

Self awareness and focus is my goal for today, only there may I find peace of heart and mind.

Hi Friend!
I often wonder the same thing. Since married to my A and his family of As, I have been surrounded by them as well.
I can get away from them, anytime my husband is offshore or he and I are seperated, I don't have the stress from that.
Then he comes home and its right smack in my life again.
I guess I can get away from it if I choose.
Sincerely,
Tonya
