Alright last apartment I applied for I was denied because of y bad credit. :(
I just found one on Craigslist privately owned and first explained I had bad credit and asked if it was even worth me to apply for it.
She says credit doesn't matter and application fee is FREE!!! I just went and drove past it have a appointment tomorrow to see it and fill out application.
At this point I don't care what it looks like as long as I can get my own place for now!!!
So please say some prayers for me and wish me luck to get this; it's available asap!!!
Nevermind----they just called and said they found someone to rent it out today. I guess HP has something else in plan for me!

I beleive that if it is the right place for you, it will happen. However, I will pray that the right place will come along to you. Just keep positive and keep an open mind. But read the contract carefully even if you say your credit is bad...READ THE CONTRACT before you sign and do not take on the place without a contract either...take care.

Pipers and I have our fingers, toes, arms, legs, paws and tail (hers not mine) crossed for you. One other tip, when you do get the apartment, take lots of pictures before you move in. That way you will have proof of how the apartment was before you moved in. It will help if you ever decide to move out. Love and blessings to you.
