Best place to start is find an al-anon meeting in your area.  Sounds like you have a lot on your plate.

florida (((((HUGS))))))

I agree with Clara, a New F2F meeting may be just what you need to bring your focus back on yourself, and help you live only in today... I know mine have been a God Send and I am grateful everytime I get the chance to share and listen to those at my meetings...

Keep Coming back... It only works if YOU work it:)

When I am feeling "off track" I drag myself into meets and post on boards and get the STEPS going..

Also positive nurturing self talk helps.......

Meets here are each night and I like them....I am looking for fac2fac meet around me, but till then?? Meets here.......

I think it takes awhile to get ones groove back. And to get the kind of groove that you want, not just your same old, same old. A new groove, if you know what I mean. It can take years. What's the big rush anyway? hugs, J.

Hello and Hugs,

Having been married for 28 years, your routine has been marriage and being a mother. This is definately a new chapter for you! YOU get to pick what you want your new routine to be. Life as you knew it has competely changed. You have the power to make this change a positive experience. Find a new Face to Face meeting or a new church with a singles group. You can find your way, I just know it!

Keep me posted!

Sincerely,
Tonya

Florida I will tell you what someone told me, "I promise you will find you again."

Everything is not familiar to you now. As time goes on, new things will become normal I mean even now cooking for you two. Sleeping and having a whole bed.

Now I am so much me I cannot keep up with myself!! love, love, debilyn
