When we keep all of our emotions inside, and we do not share our hurtful feelings, we could develop cancer, I know, because I did. It has been many years now, and the reason I am sharing this is, because I want you to know how important it is, to share our hurts and sadness. With the help of HP, and the people who surround me with love each day, I have never been so healthy, and well as I am today. When we know better, we do better. If this post helps someone, even if it is one person, to go out of their comfort zone, and stay healthy I will feel blessed.
