I havent been around too much to post like I used to, but I have been getting in some reading here and there.  I just wanted to leave a note to let any who were wondering where I was, so that they wouldnt worry too much and know that I was doing well.

Glad your around J.R. and I'm happy you are well, I have recently became brave enough to start posting again, it has been a long road the last few years, and I haven't written yet all that happened, I try not to write books lol, when i have my head together, I will put a post together, i need to get some things off my chest.  I confess my first post a few days ago was jumbled at best. But i felt i needed to post so here i am,
 I am doing ok myself,  going along day by day. Hope to hear from you frome time to time.
