An update on my Dad...

The surgery went well, they only had to do a triple bypass. Docs said blood flow and etc was looking good, no complications. After surgery there wasn't much swelling and he had good skin tone. Around 2 am he was breathing on his own again and was sitting up and talking. Thank you to everyone for their prayers and their support. I cannot begin to express my gratitude to you all.

Stillkicking, thanks for the update!  So happy to hear your dad is doing well and has pulled through  :)  Will keep in my prayers for a speedy recovery

Glad you feel supported This group is a wonderful asset. I hope you are asking for help elsewhere.  I get exhausted easily and have to really work on not taking on too much. Do take care of yourself, listen when you are tired, sleep, eat well (pretty difficult when you are under a lot of stress).

Whew!  I am so happy you're Dad is doing better. clap.gif  Both of you need to take it easy.  Try and get some rest.  I remember when Tim was so sick, I tried to do it all. I only made myself sick in the process.  So make sure to take care of you or else we'll be forced to slap you with a trout! lmao.gif  Pipers and I are still sending you and Dad LOTS of positive thoughts and prayers.  Much love and blessings to you and your family.
