I just wanted to take a moment to wish you all a Happy Passover and Blessed Easter Season. Passover starts tonight at sundown. Easter is only a few days away.
After all that has happened to my town in the past week I am reminded how short life is. I have gone to a few public memorial services. It was amazing to see so many people who have many different faiths and some who don't come together to heal this community. I am comforted by the fact that so many people of diverse backgrounds and beliefs come together for one reason. It reminds me of my Alanon family. It gives me great hope.
Sadly the funerals continues. We are collecting money so that some of the victims may be buried back in their native countries. We are also collecting money so that their families may come here to grieve. This is not a wealthy community, but we come together when we need it the most. Nothing stands in our way.
Spring is a time of renewal (right now it is snowing). New beginnings. Life continues. Enjoy the holidays with your families. May the Easter Beagle be extra good to you. Don't eat too much candy. Enjoy the symbolism of the time. Enjoy the spring. Much love and blessings to you and your families. Much love to our Alanon pets as well. Pipers says may the Easter Bunny give them all extra treats.

Happy holiday season and spring to you too! With spring being the new birth of life and the shedding of the "winter blahs" we can look forward to better days and a clear path to serenity!
(((((Karilynn))))) No matter the season we are to continue "loving anyways". You are very supportive and for that I am grateful. Happy Passover and Easter also.
This Sunday is my homegroups "Easter Feaster" Big Meeting, easter egg hunt for the kekei (kiddies) large potluck and great friendship. MIP will be there with me embedded in gratitude.
