When stressed, grab the upper top of your nose with your thumb and forefinger, right smack dab between the middle of your eyes. (A little pressure with the fingers if you want) Close your eyes, lower your head, perhaps elbow on the table or your knee--inhale deeply, then exhale--until you feel the goose bumps or that chilling feeling. aaahhhh!
