Just wanted to take a moment to wish you all a HAPPY ST. PATRICK'S DAY! Although I am not Irish, I do love my corned beef, potatoes and the sweaters. It has always been a dream of mine to go to Ireland. My favorite color happens to be green (along with pumpkin). Irish music is played here, and the Irish Blessing is one of my favorites. So this Rusian-Filipino has Irish in her heart!
I wore my emerald that my beloved Tim gave to me many years ago. I had my Irish Breakfast Tea after I got back from getting my blood work done this morning. Alas there were no green eggs and ham to be eaten. I will be eating corned beef today.
I hope you all have a wonderful day. I know it might be tough for some, but your program will see it through. May the luck of the Irish be with you today and always.
Pipers wishes all of her Alanon pets HAPPY ST. PIPER'S DAY! Haven't heard of St. Piper's Day? It's when St. Pipers leads all the mice, moles, chipmunks out of the neighbors' yards and on to Momma's patio! No wonder the neighbors love us!

Happy St. Paddy's Day to you as well! This day is a special day to me because it's my baby girl's birthday...not that she's a baby anymore at 14. We'll be having corned beef for dinner (her favorite), eating a green birthday cake (baker looked at me really funny when I said I wanted the cake batter dyed green) and playing with her birthday present...a Wii that I worked so hard to be able to buy for her. I think I'm as excited to give it to her as she will be to get it. Can't wait till she gets home from school. It's been in a closet for almost a week now and I've been absolutely dying to give it to her.
Same to you and so that's why we had corned beef and cabbage for dinner? Might be but my wife made up a mess of it and man was that great. I just gotta ask her what her motive was...LOL I also saw an ad in the local daily rag which had the insert for shoppers specials and low and behold there it was..."Organic Beer"!! Could it be? Is there a solution here? Naaaah. I filed it under the same category as zero carbs hard liquor. Happy St. Patty's day anyhow and grateful for your love and support.
