12 Step suggested home work.

Hello everyone,  I am looking for some type of homework to help me work thru the 12 steps, is there such a thing?  I know that AA has such an item, but I can not find anything for Al-Anon.

With the AA home work you can print out suggested readings to read and then you are asked a series of question from your readings.

Can anyone help?

One good book to try is Paths to Recovery. It explains each step and tradition in more detail and has questions after each chapter for study.
