Technical Question - chat room access

Sorry to post this here but I have tried emailing the support email and it bounces.
 
I really want to access the chat room/online meetings but my computer won't allow me to install the required active x controls because it is an untrusted publisher. Has anyone else had this problem and know how to fix it?

On windows vista internet explorer 7.

Not sure if this will work but this is from the FAQ's (Frequently Asked Questions) at the top of the message board.
